We have zero tolerance for child abuse or harm and are committed to acting in the best interests of children at all times.

Children’s safety and wellbeing are our highest priority
All workshops are conducted in small groups to allow close supervision
Children are treated with respect, fairness, and care
Supervision and conduct
Children are supervised at all times during workshops
Clear boundaries are maintained between adults and children
Physical contact is limited to what is necessary for safety and instruction, and is always appropriate and respectful
Safety practices
Tools and equipment are introduced gradually and used under close supervision
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required
Activities are adapted to suit age, ability, and confidence
Sessions may be paused or modified at any time to ensure safety
Staff and screening
Workshops are run by adults who hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Child safety responsibilities are understood and taken seriously
Concerns and reporting
Any concerns regarding a child’s safety or wellbeing are taken seriously
Parents or carers are encouraged to raise any concerns directly
Where required, concerns will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with NSW legislation
Privacy and respect
Children’s personal information is handled respectfully and confidentially
Photos or media are only taken or shared with parent or carer consent
